The flowers are handmade by acrylic powder, not plastic, so they cannot be as hard as plastic. Please try using the following two methods 1. For maximum durability, you can hide the flowers under a layer of clear powder/ clear Gel and then top gel it up.
2. If you don't want to choose a clear layer, use it firmly and make sure there are no gaps between the nail and the flowers when applying flower on the nail - no leave any gaps for clear/gel/glue to seal the gap. The flowers used will not be hooked into hair or clothes. You can choose Top gel up on flowers if needed.
